Join colleagues from across the region as we explore the intersection of leading and learning and how it serves as the foundation of a collaborative partnership. Previous PreCons have helped attendee teams grow closer together, develop new skills, and create action plans for the year ahead and this year promises to be no different! This year will be anchored by a keynote from [Dave Ciliberto](https://www.davecilibertoenterprises.com/?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9uWxTvHtF4lnrld0mDGFFm8mqs5zQUBJnqNAwS81gCQYMeluBeAtavnxLhln1VQ5p5g7Zb), Senior HR specialist and leadership coach. Our partners from [Educators Thriving](https://www.educatorsthriving.org/?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9uWxTvHtF4lnrld0mDGFFm8mqs5zQUBJnqNAwS81gCQYMeluBeAtavnxLhln1VQ5p5g7Zb) and the [California Labor Management Initiative](https://cdefoundation.org/cde_programs/clmi/?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9uWxTvHtF4lnrld0mDGFFm8mqs5zQUBJnqNAwS81gCQYMeluBeAtavnxLhln1VQ5p5g7Zb) will be with us once again as well as a panel from a New Jersey LMC District. For New Jersey Districts: To register your team, please download and save a copy of the Registration Form above. This should be done on a computer, not smart phone or tablet. Please email the completed form to [Janet Bush. - janet@lmcpartnerships.org](mailto:janet@lmcpartnerships.org) before October 27th. Please designate one person to be responsible for the registration of your entire team. For participants outside of New Jersey, please contact [Mike Ritzius - mike@lmcpartnerships.org ](mailto:mike@lmcpartnerships.org)for details on how to register. You can also email Mike with any questions you may have. ## The Invite Districts are invited to bring diverse teams of 2-15 people and must include one representative from your union and one representative from management at a minimum. Districts are strongly encouraged to bring representatives from each of the following educational partner groups:  - Local union president or designee; - Superintendent or designee; - School principal or other school-based administrator. - School Board members. The NJ Labor Management Collaborative will provide rooms and registration free of charge to NJ district teams. Participants will have the option to reserve a room for Thursday at an additional cost through the [convention website](https://njeaconvention.njea.org/?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9uWxTvHtF4lnrld0mDGFFm8mqs5zQUBJnqNAwS81gCQYMeluBeAtavnxLhln1VQ5p5g7Zb). Transportation between the hotel and convention center also provided. ## The Audience Still wondering who should come? Examples include: - A District Leadership Team seeking to deepen its collaborative practice and find inspiration - A School Leadership Team with both veteran and novice practitioners - A Superintendent - Union President pairing wondering what this collaborative stuff is all about - Mission-Based Teams from a veteran district working on a specific district collaborative problem of practice - Any combination of folks that serve a need for your district collaborative community ## The Details Tuesday, November 4th - Check-in: 4PM at the Golden Nugget - Welcome Reception: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the [Golden Nugget Hotel in Atlantic City](https://maps.app.goo.gl/4GEx7jQeB9vSAkXo7?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9uWxTvHtF4lnrld0mDGFFm8mqs5zQUBJnqNAwS81gCQYMeluBeAtavnxLhln1VQ5p5g7Zb). - Hors D'Oeuvres and refreshments served Wednesday, November 5th - Program: 8 AM until 5 PM The Golden Nugget Hotel Conference Center - Breakfast, Lunch, and Refreshments Served. - Teams are encouraged to organize team dinners.
