Becoming a Community that Learns: The Labor Management Collaborative Journey

The NJ LMC Summer Conference promises to be our biggest yet! This three day event will help you navigate the LMC milestones of establishing your collaborative, scaling collaboration across your district, and institutionalizing your practice for sustainability and longevity.

Throughout this conference, you can expect to participate in dynamic participatory experiences, hear from fellow practitioners and content experts, and have dedicated time and space to work with your district teammates to prepare for the coming year. Past multi-district events have proven to also be valuable opportunities to build social bonds with colleagues and network with fellow practitioners from across the state and beyond.

You may also consider reserving hotel rooms and turning the experience into a multi-day leadership retreat for your district!

Presenters include our colleagues from Educators Thriving, the California Labor Management Initiative, NEA, and district partners from New Jersey and California.
