Hubs provide an opportunity for host districts to showcase their collaboratives and engage in conversations that help refine practice. Attendees from other districts have a chance to see what labor management collaboratives look like in practice\, ask questions\, and build confidence towards taking the leap into labor management collaboration. Hubs also serve as a place for all attendees to network and engage in collaborative skill building.\n \nThe NJ LMC supports learning hubs by providing resources such as registration\, facilitating learning experiences\, advertising support\, and meals.\n \nWhat can I expect when attending a Learning Hub?\nParticipants attending a Learning Hub can expect to learn how the host district began its collaborative practice\, organizes its LMC\, and the structures and practices it uses. Additional breakout sessions will provide a chance to dive deeper into specific aspects of the district’s collaborative\, learn specific LMC practices and tools\, and have conversations with role-alike stakeholders. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin our Newsletter\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWould you like your district to host a Learning Hub?\nHosting a Learning Hub is open to any and all interested districts practicing Labor Management collaboration.
